水磨石镶砌是一项技术条件要求较高的工序。施工时必须做到横平竖直、拼缝整齐、平衡牢固。为便于施工，提供以下镶砌方法，供参考。
一、用料
1、矿渣硅酸盐水泥，符合GB1344-1999标准。
2、石屑/河沙，使用前必须过筛。最大粒径小于5mm，粉尘含量小于10% 。
二、铺设垫层
    将配好的砂浆平整松散地铺在地上，厚度50mm为宜。然后把水磨石板块放到上面，用橡皮锤在板面不同位置敲打至所需高度，主要落锤点应在重点受力部位。其余部分敲击力量适当控制。
三、安装
    将板取下，在垫层上浇素灰浆，再把板平稳地放上，用橡皮锤适当敲打，直到平稳牢固。随后立即清扫板面沙灰等杂物，避免划伤板面，并用同颜色灰浆沟缝。镶砌后，如有个别板块不平稳时，用手提割机将板切开更换，切勿用铁锤猛砸，以免损坏周围板块。
四、保养
    镶砌完毕后，将板拭净打蜡。并定期用白油拖布对板面进行擦拭保养。

      The construction of cement agglomerated stone tiles and thin terrazzo tiles need professional and strict working procedure. We suggest that the construction should be cross-vertical orderly, steadily and firmly. In order to make it convenient for the construction, we provide you some methodes to tile the products with cement as follows. The working procedure with glue is refer to other standards.
Ⅰ Materials
1. Slag portland cement, refer to GB1344 - 1999.
2. The sand must be sift out and the largest dimensions are not more than 0.5cm.
3. Mix 1 cement and 3 sand evenly as the priming. Add some water untill that you can just make it conglobation in hand.
4. Some mortar paste.
Ⅱ Cushion
   Spread the mixed priming flatly and loosely to make a cushion. 4cm of cushion in deepth is suitable. Then put the tile on it and beat slightly on everywhere with rubber hammer untill it is lower 2mm than the desired hight. You should wigwag the rubber hammer not more than 40cm otherwise you would damage the tile.
